Mr. Curtis Slater is the Proud Principal of the “Wildcats”  at Wyoming Elementary School in Forest Lake School District.  He has worked in the U.S public school system for 25 years. He has been a paraprofessional in a level 4 EBD program, 6th Grade Teacher at Coon Rapids Middle School, Dean of Students at Fred Moore Middle School, Associate Principal at Princeton Middle School and Associate Principal at Wayzata East Middle School. 

Mr. Slater earned his Elementary License from Moorhead State and his Master’s degree and Administration K-12 Principal License from St. Mary’s University.  Mr. Slater has trained over 300 schools in school climate and culture, presented at PBIS State and National conferences, is a State of Minnesota Trainer and has been on the State of Minnesota PBIS Leadership Team.

His wonderful wife and three great kids live in Andover, Minnesota. His leisure activities include hunting, fishing, traveling, and watching his kids play sports.
