Eric is the Elementary Principal at Cold Spring Elementary in the ROCORI District. He has been a practicing principal for 10 years. Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Valley City State University in 2001, his Master of Arts in Education from Hamline University in 2005, and his Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Policy Administration from the University of Minnesota in 2016. Eric's passion lies with helping adults realize the power of collaboration within their organization and tending to the untapped power of unlikely partners for the benefit of kids.
