Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

BELIEVE. Want to make sure your staff are prepared for students to enter the school each and every day? During this session strategies will be shared to help you as a principal to get staff engaged and feel a part of your school community. We will also cover how to take care of yourself as a leader so you BELIEVE that you can truly make a difference each and every day.

Participants will be learning about how to take care of themselves as well as their staff through the power of their own leadership as a principal. Using the BELIEVE model to share with them strategies that can work to build staff community and partnerships. During the session participants will learn how to involve staff in positive team building strategies and bring awareness to their own mental health.
