Do you want to use video and technology to efficiently teach social skills in your school? Streamline your lessons and delivery using video and Google tools. You will leave empowered to deliver digital lessons and track their implementation school-wide.
This session will give actual examples and fresh ideas about how to use video and technology to teach and track social skills lessons across a school. The use of video and the Google platform - Docs, Sheets, and Forms can enhance the implementation of site PBIS: non-classroom and classroom lessons, staff professional development, information for parents, and more.
This session provides information that can truly improve the practice of those who attend by giving them the tools to create their own digital lessons to dramatically improve dissemination, delivery, and tracking of social skills lessons.
This session is based on current practice in the field. These concepts and format have been incorporated into our Minnesota PBIS team training so that schools and sites have an effective way of delivering and tracking social skills lessons. Those teams are able to use the data generated through this practice to better serve and support their staff, students, and families.
