Assessing your School's Systemic Equity: Where are your Growth Areas?

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Culturally responsive teaching and culturally responsive leadership are similar, but not the same. Equitable schools are built by culturally responsive leaders - individuals who pause to reflect on how their actions decisions, and leadership impact others. Participants will engage in reflection, dialogue, listening, and activities to deepen their cultural responsiveness as leaders and learn ways to better leverage their leadership practice to build capacity in their teams, better engage with students and families, and improve school climate as they continue their work to ensure the education of all students.
