Got Stress? Get SMART: An Introduction to Stress Management and Resiliency Training

Is your plate overflowing? Is your stress and anxiety continuing to climb? Is your family and personal life taking a back seat? Ten years of research by Dr. Amit Sood, formerly of the Mayo Clinic, has shown that a few simple and quick practices can positively decrease your stress and increase your Resiliency, allowing you to better carry the load of life. Practices take a total of 10 minutes– sprinkled in 2-minute chunks throughout the day. A clinical study with Minnesota educators found a 65% drop in anxiety with more that 70% of participants reporting that their interaction with students improved.
