Mr. Curtis Slater is the Proud Principal of the “Wildcats” at Wyoming Elementary School in Forest Lake School District. He has worked in the U.S public school system for 25 years. Over the past 10 years Mr. Slater has had the chance to train over 400 school around creating a positive school culture. The training did not just support licensed staff, he has had the chance to work with bus driver, administrative assistants, school lunch staff, custodians and community education. Every adult that works in a school plays a vital role in the process. If we want a positive culture and climate in our schools we need to have adults that have the skills and mindset to find solutions to our problems.
